Divide cookie dough into 3 balls - 2 larger, one a bit smaller.Tint each with gel food coloring, as directed. (The smaller ball should be green!). Wrap and chill.
Divide each dough ball into 4 equal pieces, and each of those 4 pieces into 4 pieces. You should have 16 pieces of each colour.Note: I'll usually divide in 4, roll, then cut to divide.
