Ingredients
2tablespoonPistachio Butter
1 ½cupsMilk of choicewe use Unsweetened Almond Milk
½cupHeavy Cream
⅔cupWhite Chocolate Chips
pinchsaltif your pistachio butter is salted, skip this.
¼teaspoonAlmond Extract
¼teaspoonPure Vanilla Extract
Optional garnishes: Whipped creamChopped pistachios, White Chocolate Shavings, Mini Marshmallows, etc
Instructions
Measure the pistachio butter and a small amount of the milk into a small saucepan, whisk until smooth.
Add the rest of the milk - a little at a time - whisking to fully disperse the pistachio butter.
Add the white chocolate chips and salt. Heat over medium low heat - whisking constantly - until the chocolate has fully melted and combined with the milk.
Remove from heat, stir in the almond and vanilla extracts.
Divide pistachio white hot chocolate into 2 mugs, garnish as desired, and serve immediately.
