Mango Salsa for Fish Tacos
This salsa works up quickly and easily, and adds a bright pop of flavour to anything it’s served with - though I created it specifically for fish tacos. As is, this recipe is AIP and Paleo... but feel free to tweak it with minced jalapeno or other spices, if you’re not following AIP.

- 1 Mango Peeled and Chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion Chopped
- 1 Avocado Peeled and Chopped
- 2 tablespoon Finely Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Lime
- Salt
Place mango, onion, avocado pieces, and cilantro into a medium bowl.
Zest and juice lime into the bowl, gently toss to coat everything.
Season with salt, to taste. Use immediately, or cover and chill until you’re ready for it.
