- ½ cup Pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- pinch Ground ginger
- pinch Ground nutmeg
- pinch Ground cloves
- Pinch Salt
- ¼ cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
Whisk together pumpkin, brown sugar, vanilla, spices and salt.
Add chia seeds, stir to combine.
Add almond milk, stir to combine.
Allow to sit for 20 minutes, stir again, then chill for at least 2 hours.
