  • ½ cup Pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • pinch Ground ginger
  • pinch Ground nutmeg
  • pinch Ground cloves
  • Pinch Salt
  • ¼ cup Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Whisk together pumpkin, brown sugar, vanilla, spices and salt.
  • Add chia seeds, stir to combine.
  • Add almond milk, stir to combine.
  • Allow to sit for 20 minutes, stir again, then chill for at least 2 hours.
