Slowly add the dry ingredients, mixing until well incorporated & smooth.Gather cookie dough into a smooth ball, wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour.
Dip 1 side of each ball into sugar. Place on a prepared baking sheet, lightly pressing to flatten slightly - just enough to prevent rolling around.Bake as directed in the linked recipe.
