Gluten Free Red Velvet Cookies

These Gluten-Free Red Velvet Cookies are rich, chewy, and loaded with chocolate chips.  Great texture - no one will know they're gluten-free!   A perfect Christmas cookie recipe.

YOU WILL NEED: Milk Chocolate Chips Sorghum Flour Brown & White Sugars Brown Rice Flour Cocoa Coconut Flour Tapioca Starch Butter Large Eggs Buttermilk Vanilla Extract Xanthan Gum Salt Baking Soda Baking Powder Red Food Colouring

In stand mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.     Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, beat until everything is fully incorporated and smooth.

Mix together the dry ingredients, beat into the butter mixture until smooth.

Tint the cookie dough red, then mix in the chocolate chips. Wrap dough in plastic, chill for 1 hour.

 Roll 1" balls out of the cookie dough, then bake as directed in the linked recipe.
