Turkey Meatballs in Cranberry Glaze

These gluten free turkey meatballs with cranberry glaze are a pretty, festive appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner.  Easy to make & super tasty, too - you'd never know they are naturally gluten free!

YOU WILL NEED: Fresh or Frozen Cranberries Ground Turkey Chopped Walnuts Dried Herbs Granulated Sugar Apple Cider Vinegar Olive Oil Garlic Powder Onion Powder Salt and Pepper

Mix ground turkey with the walnuts, herbs, and spices. Form  mixture into meatballs, placing into a nonstick pan as you go.

Cook meatballs over medium-high until browned all around - they don’t have to be cooked through.

As the meatballs are browning, bring cranberries, water, sugar, and vinegar to a boil.    Simmer til cranberries have burst and a sauce starts to form.  Don't let it get TOO thick, though!

Press cranberry mixture through a fine sieve, discard remaining solids. Season strained pulp with salt and pepper.

Add cranberry glaze to the pan, stir well to coat. Continue cooking until sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through.

Serve hot - Enjoy!
