Hot Smoky Bacon Crab Dip

This hot bacon crab dip recipe is rich and decadent, with its fantastic smoky flavour from the smoked gouda and bacon. It's easy to make, gluten-free, and low carb, too!

YOU WILL NEED: Crab Meat Bacon Smoked Gouda Cream Cheese Mayonnaise Sour Cream Onion Garlic Cloves Dry White Wine Green Onions Salt and Pepper

Saute chopped bacon over medium heat, until the fat starts to render down. Add onion and half the garlic, stir and cook for one more minute.

Add the cream cheese and white wine to the pan. Allow cheese to soften, then gently stir until smooth. Remove from heat.

Add remaining ingredients, stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Transfer dip to an oven proof serving dish, top with remaining shredded gouda cheese, and bake as directed in the linked recipe.

Garnish with additional bacon and green onions, if desired. Serve hot!
