Hawaiian Pizza Skewers

These easy Hawaiian Pizza Skewers whip up in just minutes, are super cute, and tasty! What's NOT to love about this fun holiday appetizer? A fun option for Christmas or New Year's parties.

YOU WILL NEED: Bocconcini Back Bacon Provolone Cheese Pineapple Olive Oil Dried Oregano Dried Basil Garlic Powder Salt & Pepper Marinara for Dip

Whisk the marinade ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste.     Drain mini bocconcini, blot with paper towels. Add to the marinade, toss gently to coat.  Chill for 1 hour.

Cook the back bacon until heated through and pliable. Roll each into a bite sized roll, secure with a toothpick. (This holds the shape as it cools.)

Using a sharp knife, cut you into strips or slices, then into chunks. Cut Provolone into 14 cubes.

Slice a thin piece off each bocconcini to allow it to sit flat.

Thread provolone onto a skewer, followed by pineapple. Remove the toothpick from a slice of back bacon, thread it onto the skewer, followed by a bocconcini ball.

Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.  Serve with marinara to dip.  Enjoy!
