Gluten Free  Turkey Stuffing

Being gluten-free doesn't have to  mean foregoing traditional stuffing with your holiday turkey. Here's my delicious recipe for easy gluten-free stuffing - Perfect for Thanksgiving dinner!

YOU WILL NEED: Gluten Free Bread Onions Celery Mushrooms Garlic Cloves Chicken Broth Butter Large Eggs Fresh Sage

Slice bread, chop or rip into small, bite-sized pieces. Add chopped sage and pepper, toss to coat.

Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms and celery in butter, cook until veggies start to soften. Add chicken stock, cook till tender.

Add bread mix and whisked eggs to pot, toss to coat. Continue cooking until it's all absorbed.

Use the stuffing in your turkey as usual, or bake in a greased casserole dish if you prefer it as "dressing".
