YOU WILL NEED:
Large RIPE bananas
Granulated sugar
Light buckwheat flour
Sorghum flour
Coconut flour
Unsalted butter
Large eggs
Baking soda
Salt
Nuts and/or raisins

Mix together mashed bananas, butter, egg and sugar until smooth-ish.
