Bacon Jalapeno Popper Dip

This easy Jalapeno Popper dip is full of flavor, naturally gluten free & is the ULTIMATE comfort food.  Try it with the bacon option, for extra flavor - Perfect for your Super Bowl Party spread!

YOU WILL NEED: Monterey Jack Cheese Cheddar Cheese Bacon Cream Cheese Sour Cream Mayonnaise Jalapenos Onion Garlic Black Pepper

Finely chop the jalapenos - the finer, the better.  I like to use my mini food processor for this.

Cook the chopped bacon until crispy, transfer to paper towels to drain.  Leave 1-2 Tbsp bacon fat in the pan - you can eyeball this.

Add the jalapenos and onions to the pan, cook over medium heat until veggies soften and onion is translucent.     Add garlic, cook for one more minute. 

Add cream cheese to the pot, stirring to melt and combine. Once the cream cheese is smooth, stir in the bacon.

Stir in the sour cream, mayo, allowing the mixture to heat. Add shredded cheeses, cook until cheeses are melted, and the dip is hot and bubbling.

Transfer to serving dish, garnish with bacon, green onions, and/or jalapenos. Serve with corn chips and veggies.  Enjoy!
