Festive Antipasto Charcuterie Wreath

This Christmas Charcuterie Wreath is a fun, festive appetizer, and a beautiful addition to your Christmas dinner table. Easy to make, it features flavourful antipasto skewers - sure to please your guests this winter holiday season!

YOU WILL NEED: Genoa Salami Pepperoni sticks Mortadella Ham Bocconcini Provolone cheese Artichoke hearts Mushrooms Grape tomatoes Roasted red peppers Fresh garlic Olives Olive oil Balsamic vinegar Dried basil & oregano Salt & pepper Fresh Italian parsley

Whisk the marinade ingredients, add drained mushrooms & artichokes, toss to coat. Cover bowl, chill for several hours or overnight.

Prepare meats, cheeses, roasted red peppers, and olives as directed in the linked recipe - Folding, cutting, draining, etc as necessary!

Randomly thread ingredients onto skewers, aiming to get some form of meat, cheese, olive, and vegetable on each stick, if possible.

Repeat with remaining bamboo picks and ingredients - you want to end up with about 24 prepared skewers.

Arrange skewers on a large round serving platter, “handle” end facing out - if applicable.

Fill in any gaps with Italian parsley.  Serve immediately, or cover and chill until use. Enjoy!
