Pumpkin Chai Latte

YOU WILL NEED Milk of choice Pumpkin puree Brown sugar or Maple Syrup Chai tea bags Vanilla extract Spices Salt Garnishes: Whipped cream, cinnamon stick, etc

In a medium sauce pan, mix together pumpkin, brown sugar (or maple syrup), spices and salt. Cook until fragrant.

Stir in your choice of milk, whisking until smooth and well combined. Bring to a boil.     Remove from heat, add the tea bags, and allow to steep for 5 minutes.

Remove the tea bags, stir in vanilla extract. Use an immersion blender or milk frother to combine and froth.

Pour into two mugs, garnish if desired, and , serve immediately. Enjoy!
